Bouzeron - France

Bouzeron is a village in the Cotes Chalonnaises between Chalon-sur-Saone and Beaune, in a hilly landscape near the Canal du Centre in eastern France. Bouzeron has cultivated vines for more that 1000 years and the Bouzeron AOC was created in 1998 as the only Appellation with the Aligote as its single grape variety.
